TaTiana's Tamales, some of the finest tasting tamales you will ever find! All of our tamales are hand-made in small batches, all individually handled. They vary in sizes because the husk are different sizes, so you will get anywhere from 12-14 tamales, but you will always have 3 pounds or more! We sell them cooked or raw - if you would like to cook them yourself, please let us know and we will supply the instructions on cooking them. The making of Tamales has been passed on from generation to generation and will continue to be passed on. Our chef, Inez, has been making tamales since she was just eight years old and has always been looking for ways to perfect her tamales in both taste and texture. For the time being, we will only be selling and delivering our tamales in Orange County, California. We are doing this so that our tamales can keep their freshness;our orders will be made and delivered on the same week that it is placed, unless you specify when you need them by. Our deliveries will be done on Friday and Saturday. We can also have your tamales cooked and delivered on the same day that you need them for a special occasion at an additional cost.
